Nine months ago, while taping Lifetime television’s “Project Runway” reality competition, upstart fashion designer Mondo Guerra leapt off the impossibly tall building he had erected with 10 years of secrecy. His changed life leads him home this week to the Arvada Center, where he has designed the costumes for “Hairspray,” opening Tuesday.
