One driven man got the Art of the Car Concours rolling
The fifth annual Art of the Car Concours charity car show will feature 200 vintage, classic and special-interest vehicles from eight states. By all accounts it wouldn’t exist without the passion, vision and determination of Marshall Miller, the Kansas City lawyer and civic activist who started the show, which raises money for the Kansas City Art Institute’s scholarship fund.
