Universal Studios – The Place to Shoot Movies
Universal Studio also sometimes called simply ‘Universal’, is a subsidiary of the NBC Universal. It is one of the totals of six major American Movie Studios. The main motion picture production/distribution group is known as Universal Pictures. The studios of Universal are located at 100 Universal City Plaza at California. Paramount Pictures is the oldest Hollywood studio and is older than Universal (which is the second oldest) by a month.
Universal Studio has a rich history and Oswald was created by animators Ub Iwerks and Walt Disney. However, with the independent launching of the Disney Empire, Universal experienced a step back in the world of animation.
There are tourist attractions in which there are short tours offered around Orlando and Universal Studios. The climatic conditions are temperate and this plays a key role in the number of tourists that are attracted to it. There are diverse attractions like Theme Parks. Universal Studios Hollywood brings you in direct contact with the sets and expose you to behind the scenes little know secrets of your most favorite and legendary movies.
There are unique, stunning rides and many more stunning full-sensory attractions. Particularly good for children, the Studios offer thrill rides of their favorite movies. There are special spots and attractions that cater to audiences of all age groups. There are extreme rides for teenagers, and more informative, and interesting ones for adults. For very young children and toddlers, there is Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone, Curious George Goes To Town, and playgrounds and sponge ball arena. Then there is A Day in the Park with Barney, Animal Actors on Location.
Universal Studios’ Hollywood theme park has record breaking number of visits per day. With millions of people visiting every year, there are now branches of Universal at Singapore and Japan. There are one-day, two-day, and seven-day and so on passes available as per the interest and enthusiasm of the tourists. Although children share the maximum thrill and excitement, it is every individual’s fantasy to be at a studio where their favorite movies were made, dining and shopping at themed spots, state of arts rides, unique events and watching real film crew at times.
Also apart from all of that, there are several nearby attractions such as Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Shrek 4-D, Simpsons Ride, Alien Attack, Revenge of the Mummy, Men In Black, Terminator 2 3-D, E.T. Adventure, Jimmy Neutron’s Nicktoon Blast, Jaws, Twister, Disaster! (Starring the visitor), Fear Factor Live, Ride It Out, Orlando’s Horror Make-Up show and Universal Islands of Adventure and so on.
There are an endless number of hotels around Universal Studios and three Universal Studios Florida Studios itself. Universal Studios, Orlando is blessed with a good weather history and the climatic condition is predominantly sub-tropical. There is enough sunshine throughout the year. The temperatures are rarely ever below 20 degrees centigrade. There is some rainfall from May through September. The nearness to sea and the number of beaches ensures the maritime effect of moderating extremes of climate.

Sun Records Collection $49.98 Sun Records and Elvis Presley will always be linked in the minds of music lovers, but Sam Phillips’s storied label had a rich history before the arrival of the hillbilly cat (it all started July 5, 1954, with “That’s All Right”) and it continued to flourish after Phillips sold Presley’s contract to RCA in late ’55.
