does anyone know a good tattoo shop/parlor in NYC?
my friend recommended me 3 shops 2 of them are in my neighborhooh and the 3rd one is a bit further

there are like 2 more tattoo shops but i dont trust them since they dont check for ID my 16 year old friedn got a tattoo there without her parents knowing that and she said that its clean there but im not buying that
i want to get a koi carp with some bamboo and cherry blossom and im looking for a tattoo artist that is good with japanese/oriental art
as for the design i will drew it myself
im not too familiar with NYC but if Brooklyn is anywhere close (its in it right?) you have one of the best tattoo parlors in the united states right there.
