The Only Real Way To Be A Tough Guy
A black motorcycle jacket and black helmet don’t automatically turn you into a tough guy. We’ve all seen the type: while they’re posing on their Harley, they look mean, but then when they take off their shirt, they are just balls of flab.
A body full of tatts isn’t going to hide the fat any more than the leanest, meanest street machine is. If you don’t get your body in shape, the only person who’s going to be fooled is yourself. If you really want to look like a hard man, you’re going to have to work out and get some real muscle growth happening.
Hopefully, now that you know the truth, you’re ready to do something positive for yourself. Don’t feel sorry for yourself, get on a regular exercise program. It’ll make you look fantastic and feel fantastic about yourself, too.
Especially if you’ve never done any weight training or other physical training before, you’re going to need a personal trainer to help you in the beginning. Far too many people get inspired for a day and sign up at a gym. Then they stop when they don’t see results after a couple of weeks. Your personal fitness instructor will be able to teach you the right way to work out and the right foods to eat. He’ll also motivate you to stick with your program.
Sorry guys, but a diet of beer and potato chips isn’t going to make you tough, especially if all you do is drink and eat junk food while sitting in front of the TV watching old Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan and Chuck Norris movies. Do you think they got their physiques that way? No. They had self discipline and worked out constantly.
Weight training isn’t the only way to build up your body. You can take a martial arts class if that appeals to you more. The important thing is that you get professional fitness training and stick with the program. You may save money if you buy a fitness workout DVD, but you probably won’t get very much out of it. You need someone to motivate you to push your limits.
This might all sound very negative, but the goal is positive. Working out gives benefits way beyond just looking good. You’ll find that your self esteem will also soar. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle will open doors for you in life that you won’t believe until it happens.
Do it! Get off the couch, turn off the television, get on your Harley and cruise down to the gym. Remember – get serious and get a fitness coach to help you.
