Paris Hilton Goes Marilyn Monroe For New Fragrance “Tease”
Stepping out for a night of promotions, Paris Hilton was spotted arriving at My House in Hollywood, California on Tuesday evening (August 10) to launch her new perfume called “Tease”.
The 29-year-old American socialite turned up to the launch of her tenth fragrance channelling her idol Marilyn Monroe.
The hotel heiress looked really amazing wearing a low cut white Herve Leger dress paired with a fur shawl, beige Christian Louboutin heels and a glittering silver clutch bag.
Before the event, she wrote on her Twitter page:
“At home getting ready for my Tease fragrance launch event. Getting dressed up as my Idol and Favorite Icon Marilyn. Loves it!”
Paris also posted a picture which urged fans to buy Tease if they “want to smell irresistible.”
On the red carpet, Paris was joined by Britain’s Got Talent judges Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan, who looked chuffed to be cosying up to Paris. Also in attendance was Entourage star Adrian Grenier.
For her latest fragrance campaign, Paris showed off her figure in a sexily disheveled platinum mop-top à la Monroe. She told PEOPLE:
“I got to dress up like my idol Marilyn Monroe, and we ended up with some great photos. She’s always been such an inspiration to me.”
According to critics, the new scent, which includes Fuji apple, white peach nectar and bergamot, is balanced with white flowers and has base notes of amber, blonde woods and warm sand, designed to capture the come-hither spirit of the 1940s actress.
Of her tenth fragrance, Hilton says:
“Tease is a really sweet and flirty scent, so the name is very fitting. It’s playful and sexy-perfect for grabbing attention.”
Tease by Paris Hilton will arrive in stores this summer, with a 3.4 oz eau de parfum spray for $55.
