How do I build a Paper tower that holds 1kg?

My physics teacher assigned a project to build a paper tower that has to hold a 1 kg bucket. We are aloud to use any kind of paper (paper, newspaper, cardboard, index card, manila paper and poster board) I am not really sure what she wants but I was wondering if anyone all ready did this project and had any ideas. Web sights with designs would help.

I recall doing this a while back.

If I remember correctly, a paper cylinder with a large radius and small height worked well. It could hold my textbook.
