I was always impressed with people like this: they actually thought things through.Besides fat, the pounds you have include your skeleton, and everything inside of you. Tell me, does your weight matter if you were built sollid and firm with no flab at all?
Most people really want to lose fat rather than to lose weight. What I want you to do is to start measuring your body composition, rather than staying on the scale. To measure body fat, get a skinfold caliper and check yourself, or go to the gym and get a trainer to measure your composition.
Once you start checking your composition more than your weight, you’ll have a better idea of how well you are reaching your goals.
