Wall Poster

What’s the best way to put up a poster without damaging it (or the wall)?
So I’ve got this poster, about 2 x 3 feet. I want to put it on my wall.
Sticky-tack leaves residue on the wall and discolors the areas of the poster it covers. I’d rather not put too many holes in the wall either (so no thumb tacks) and tape… well I’m afraid it’ll peel the paint off the wall or rip the poster when I take it down.
Any suggestions?
Use blue painters masking tape. No residue, good stick, won’t peel off the paint. Make loops of it, sticky side out, about 2″ square. Put on back of poster, stick up.
