Important Tips for Tourists
Before you make plans to visit any country, make sure that it is a safe tourist destination, and you can enjoy your stay there. While staying in any hotel, put the valuable documents, airline tickets, cash and other items in the hotel safe before leaving the room. While sightseeing, be aware of your surroundings, and talk to the local residents or local staff about the areas to avoid. If you are in a public place, never leave your property unattended. Call the taxi from a reliable service. Stay away from deserted and dark areas, and talk to the tourism office personnel regarding local conditions. Keep the important phone numbers handy. It is also helpful to learn few words of the native language.
